Who is the retreat suitable for?
Women from 18 years old who are interested in yoga, body acceptance and learning to eat intuitively and live wholeheartedly.
Yogis of all levels welcome (we will be gathering information about injuries prior to the retreat)
Yoga is not suitable for women in the first trimester of pregnancy or the first 8 weeks post birth.
Be aware that the yoga is Classical Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga. These styles of yoga are slower and restorative in nature to leave you nurtured and replenished. Ready for anything!
Is the retreat unsuitable for anyone?
If you are currently seeking treatment for an eating disorder then we understand that you might need some time away in a body-friendly environment but this retreat may not be suitable for you at the moment. To be honest, it really depends on where you are on the road to recovery. Speak to Fiona or Sarah for clarification.
If you have injuries or an ongoing physical difficulty you are very welcome but the following information may be useful for you. There are stairs in the building and no lift. There is one bathroom with disabled access which we will happy assign you. The yoga classes are inclusive and suitable for all bodies and abilities but if you are concerned about the content of the classes contact Sarah directly on [email protected]
