Is about being in a supported and nurturing environment and really being heard.
Compassionate and expertly led workshops and discussions about how to really trust and feel comfortable in your body held by leaders in this field.
Part workshop, part discussion, these sessions (one per day) will leave you empowered and challenged and encourage you to look deeper at your relationship with your body, food and eating. Fiona and Sarah are not run of the mill facilitators or health professionals. Over the last 15 years they have honed their skills and are confident, authentic and real presenters. They know how to hold a safe space for all participants and help you understand where you need to go next.
